What messages you'll receive

If you check the SMS box on our estimate form, Rock Chip Fix may call or text you about your estimate and appointment, confirming a time, sharing arrival updates, and following up on the repair. These are transactional, appointment-related messages. We do not send marketing or promotional text broadcasts.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and is limited to what's needed to schedule and complete your repair. Typically that's only a handful of messages per estimate.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard rates apply to every message.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You can also call (435) 862-4210 and ask us to remove your number. Reply HELP for assistance.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

You do not have to agree to receive text messages to get an estimate or book a repair. The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. We're happy to reach you by phone call or email instead.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your phone number for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.
