When you submit the estimate form we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address (optional), city or ZIP code, vehicle year/make/model, a description of the windshield damage, insurance status and carrier (optional), your preferred timeframe, and whether you opted in to text messages.
How we use it
- To contact you about your estimate and schedule a repair.
- To file a glass claim with your insurance carrier when you ask us to.
- To keep a record of the work we quoted and performed.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only where needed to do the job, for example, with your insurance carrier or its glass claim administrator when filing a claim on your behalf, and with the service providers that host our website, database, and email notifications.

Retention and access
